Logmein/Remote Support websites blocked
I moved my computer to a new office with a new Comcast Business Gateway. This computer had Gotoassist (FastSupport) remote support installed. Even though the computer gets on the internet without a problem, I can't access it remotely anymore; it shows as "Off-line" ... evidently this Comcast device is blocking this type of software/website. Is that true? Thanks in advance ....
