Logging into modem (NOT)

cbcX Thank you for stopping by for help with accessing your modem settings. We have made some changes where you now have to request access to the admintool options for your modem. It is super easy. Open the Xfinity app and navigate to the "WiFi" tab.
Select "View WiFi equipment" and open "Advanced settings".
Tap "Admin Tool online access".
Toggle the button to "Allow" access and select "Save".
