You might look at Xfinity Wireless Gateway Admin Tool section in
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-change-wifi-password or the user guide for your device. Which model gateway do you have? You would need a browser and the IP address of the admin page along with the login/password and may need to factory reset the device to revert to default login/password.
