Live Person - slow speeds (150mb on 1g pipe)

Trying to get help from live person. I've called 1800xfinity 5 times and same AI female. claims i cant speak to an agent until we troubleshoot. 2 modem reboots and 3 times of AI lady hanging up on me, im getting nowhere. 

The supposed fix is to send a direct message on this platform, but i dont have a send direct message link. 

is there a number to call for live agent? been a customer for 3 days and already very frustrated. I don't think xfinity values their customers.

paying for 1g, receiving 140 - 300mb at best. last night it was 70mb at one point.
