Live person at Xfinity

I'm very frustrated that i am unable to speak to a live person.  My internet connection has been intermittent or nonexistent for 2 days.  

The virtual can not assist me.  I pay an exorbitant amount for this service, yet I am unable to speak to a live person for issues with services.  

I may need to terminate my Xfinity service and go elsewhere. This is extremely frustrating.
