Live in Magna, UT and my internet has been dropping several times a day for a week and half.

As the subject states been having internet issues several times a day. My router will flash amber and green during these times. A tech came out and checked the wiring in the house and took out several splitters. Now the line runs from the pole to the box on the front of the house right to my modem with no splitters. Still having the same issue. A friend with Thousand Eye access was able to check the connection and found what we think is the issue. Can anyone take a look at it? Or is this just other Comcast customers?
