Limited tunneled MITM poor download speed

Same Mo

This is just like my T-Mobile g4ar routers which I went through 6 of in 5 months. Everything starts out fine then all of a sudden on day 2-5 the internet just shuts down router goes off line and my service gets MITM or tunneled. You all are blatantly tunneling Me specifically speed tests over and over again give me download speed of approximately 1 to 10 MBps BUT my upload speeds stay solid 100-300. I’ve done plenty of resets and hard resets but my download speed won’t go over 10 MB per second but again the first few days I had the service everything was fine.

Why is it JUST my download speed is limited but upload is gravy?

We know it’s not faulty equipment. The first few days I had the Internet everything worked fine then all of a sudden the device starts going off-line left and right and telling me I need to pay $100 to have somebody come out and check my cords as if I’m some sort of nitwit . It’s obviously the ISP if my download speeds are garbage and my upload speeds are great. Again this is exactly like what happened with Tmobile. I just want to be able to use the Internet like a normal person without being MITM or tunneled , which is a DOS.. I’m not able to access the Internet.

Charlie_Chocolate Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Community Forums. I can see how that would be extremely frustrating when trying to use your services. Since you were having a similar issue with another provider, that makes me think there could be a bigger issue. I'd like to take a look at your signals, and then we can put a game plan together. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
