Lawsuits?

I was paying 65 a month for 800mbps 2 years ago, I am now paying 96 a month for 300mbps. I downgraded to save money and still pay more. New customers are being offered 300mbps for 35 dollars. I am done

I have typed this message 4 times and everytime I post there is an error, go figure. 

all I want is similar pricing, they keep saying I’m a valued customer, I’ve been with them for life. Why am I paying 3x what new customers and other services have? I’m done

any effort at lowering my bill has been met with offers for an iPad I don’t want, the hidden fees on that are hilarious to think about.

@user_k88ygn New customers get a new sign on bonus. At Comcast, we offer promotional discounts from 1 to 3 years with and without term agreements. After the promotional period ends, you enter to our normal everyday rates. However, we do care about your loyalty just as much as new customers. Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look. Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website.
