Latency/Packet Loss issues

Hello. In the past I had extremel latency/packet loss issues that was ultimately resolved, to an extent, after multiple technician visits and even swapping over to your company's mode/router combo. The issue was essentially "gone" for an extended period of time but now the issue has returned and causing me a lot of headaches and interruptions during service use. Through PingPlotter I have noticed that the backbone server located at (50.222.42.250), which seems to be Livermore, is what was causing the issues.

I need someone that:

1. Is knowledgeable and experienced in the technical side and can help me resolve this issue.

2. Will provide a solution to my issue

3. Can provide a better understanding of why this is occuring on a regular basis now.

I have been a loyal comcast customer for many many years but this issue seems to keep circling back and ultimately if I cannot get a resolution I may have to look elsewhere for service as I do not want to pay for a service that has intermittent connectivity and interruptions constantly. Thank you!
