Latency and Packet Loss problem from specific node

I've been in contact with Riot Games attempting to diagnose my packet loss issue with their tech support. I've run multiple traceroutes using Pingplotter and I appear to be getting some high packet loss on these nodes - 68.86.93.5 and 68.86.93.13 which would indicate a routing issue. I don't want to spend hours on the phone with support attempting to get them to route me to a specialist, so I'm reaching out here in hopes of getting help re-routing my connection.

Please post one of the traceroutes.

These are all with an interval of one second and a five minute focus.

The above two are to Riot Games' servers, and the one below is to google.com

I'm not currently experiencing the issue, but I will try tracing 68.86.93.5 and 68.86.93.13 next time I am.
