Latency and Jitter

I work from home, my entire career is threatened because of consistent Latency (140 ms) and

Jitter (131.33 ms) spikes every 15 -45 seconds. This needs to be fixed.

What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you try rebooting the modem manually or through the Xfinity App? We also recommend checking the coaxial connection on both ends (Wall plate and Modem) to make sure the connection is tight.
