latency *absurdly* low

[Image Removed: "Personal Information - IP Address"]

sums it up pretty well. 11ms latency. this is just not acceptable.
I need a technician to come to my place and
1) change my router
2) change my wires
thank you

"Absurdly low" ? Low is a good thing !! Do you mean high ? 11 ms is a very good latency !! To what / where is that being measured ? What exactly is the problem that you are experiencing ?

Good evening @user_yr6qy3, and thank your for reaching out on our Community Forums, I'm sorry to hear about your painfully slow internet, as someone who relies on a stable connection for work and school, I know how frustrating that can be! I hope your day is otherwise going well though and assure you that our team will do everything to help with your connection issues. I see that you stated this problem is new and was not happening about a month ago, have you made any changes to your service or equipment recently? We'd be happy to assist with pointing you in the right direction to change your router. To confirm, are you using an Xfinity gateway? If so, you can swap it out at any Xfinity retail location. Please visit https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers to find your nearest location along with the associated store hours or we can ship a new one directly to your home. If this is more convenient for you, please let us know. :)

In regard to changing/checking your wires, are you referring to the wires outside your home? If so, we would need to get one of our expert techs out there but we are happy to run some diagnostics as well to see how your signal strength is looking.
