Large packet loss outside my home network

I am experiencing severe, sustained packet loss of over 70% specifically when routing to target servers.

Target destination:  50.228.250.250

I have run a traceroute and PingPlotter diagnostic. My local home network is completely clear, but data is collapsing at the Comcast handoff node right after the Microsoft edge network. I need this escalated to network engineering to check for a regional routing or peering issue.

Including a traceroute output would help. Don't post a PingPlotter pic. Use the OS's built-in tool. Copy and paste the text.

Received. I do not know how to use the built-in OS tool. I'm not sure about the trace route output either.

I was successful at following the instructions, and running the built-in traceroute. However, I am cautious of posting the text, because my Ip would be exposed..

Your WAN / public IP addy does not show up in forward traceroute outputs.
