Laptop won't connect to xfinitywifi

About a year ago, I paid $20 to access xfinity wifi hotspots. Roughly 6 months ago, my laptop stopped connecting to xfinitywifi, but my phone connects just fine. I tried removing the laptop as a device with the hope I could just log in and register it again, but now the log in page doesn't even pop up for me to register it again. All it says is "can't reach DHCP server." Any help would he appreciated, I've tried finding the answer on Google, but nothing I've tried has been working. Everything is up to date on my laptop.

@north-reeves Welcome to our Community Forums! I want to make sure you're able to connect both of your devices to the nearby hotspots. NOW Wi-Fi has direct contact information that can be found on your confirmation email. Please refer to the original confirmation email you received to get the contact details so that customer service team can assist you.

@XfinityEmilyB Yes, however, I no longer have that email. Like I said, this was about a year ago, and I didn't think I needed to keep it after so long. Would you be able to share that number with me?
