Laptop says connection is paused but is not paused in app and showing connected to network

I’ve tried to troubleshoot my daughter’s laptop a couple times now. The device is showing as connected to our network with a strong connection and not as paused in the app. It shows the device is still connected to the network, I cannot forget the device to reset the pause. I have reset the router as a last ditch effort, though I knew it would not help. How can I connect my daughters laptop to the Home network or fix this pause device glitch?
