Kicked off three times from my network
I thought the storm-ready wifi was supposed to kick in when the wi-fi goes down. I work from home and I got kicked off three times for a couple of minutes each time, but the storm-ready wifi did not activate, obviously, because I got kicked off. If it's only for when there is a power outage, can I just disconnect it and try run my house's Internet under only the regular gateway? I can't have this happen repeatedly as I do very important work via Zoom and I don't know if it's because of that extra device.

@user_sbh8nv Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. Sorry to hear that you are losing connection throughout the day. I know that can quickly become frustrating when trying to work. The Storm Ready WiFi will automatically switch to a backup 4G LTE cellular network to help keep your home online during an interruption in the network or power loss. It may not recognize that there is a full network drop if it is only for a few seconds or minutes at a time. How long was the drop in connection when it occurred a few times throughout the day?
