Keep getting emails about my modem not being up to speed
I pay for 300/10 if I'm not mistaken and I have a 16x4 channel Netgear modem CM500-100NAS that should be good for 500-600mbit internet correct? Why am I getting these emails?

300 accoring to your link. I thought each downstream channel is worth about 30 so 30x16=480
