Keep getting disconnected from my game and dropped internet

As the title says, about every 5 minutes I get disconnected from the game and even the internet sometimes.

Here is a PingPlotter to show what is going on

Seems to be occurring in the twelve99 servers. Specifically chi-b23-link.ip.twelve99.net (62.115.126.159).


Please look into your network and fix the issue.

Are you based around the Chicago, Illinois area?

My internet was working fine last night, and Xfinity gave me a message that some technical maintenance issues on their side were going to be fixed overnight.  Today, my internet is running for 5-10 minutes and then lags and buffers.  It looks like you're playing World of Warcraft, I was trying to play EVE online and kept getting disconnected from the server every 5 minutes.  I can't even keep a connection going on Twitch.  I've tried unplugging and rebooting the modem but still having the same problems.

Western suburbs. I didn't get disconnected for the 2 hours I played tonight, but it looks like there are still issues occurring with packet loss on two of the servers. Hopefully it will be all fixed and back to normal tomorrow.
