Juniper/Cisco VPN Tunnel using XFinity Gateway
My company is overly cautious with data spillage and has provided me with a Juniper SRX300 and a Cisco ASA 5506. According to the company's documentation, I'm supposed to connect the Juniper into one of the XFinity Gateway's ethernet ports, the Cisco into the Juniper, and my laptop into the Cisco. When I first connected everything up, the Juniper was unable to create a VPN tunnel. I took everything back to the office and the IT shop made some configuration changes. After hooking everything up again, I got the VPN tunnel through the XFinity Gateway. Everything was working great until last Friday, 8 January 2021. I don't know what changed but I'm back to not getting a VPN tunnel. Others in the office with Cox or Verizon are having no issues. I'm not really a networking guy so I'm hoping someone on this forum can assist in troubleshoting what the issue might be. Thanks.
