It says "Xfinity WiFi is not available with your tier of service", but that is not true. My tier of service does make me eligible for Xfini

 It says "Xfinity WiFi is not available with your tier of service", but that is not true. My tier of service does make me eligible for Xfinity WiFi. I talked to a representative to change my address and now I can no longer get WiFi at hotspots. What did he do and how can I continue to get WiFi hotspots as I did for years before? This is a nightmare and I see no solution online! They said there is a support ticket and I would be contacted in 48 hours. It has been more than 48 hours and I got no response! Please help!

1-800-934-6489 to reach our Customer Security Assurance team and they will be able to get that username moved over so you can continue using it.
