Hello @user_a4831c thank you for reaching out with the trouble of accessing your wifi network. @EG sent over a great link for resetting your network password on our Xfinity Gateways (Thanks EG) does resetting the credentials help out with access your network?

I have the same problem, I cahnged my wifi password and now I can not connect my phone it keeps saying incorrect password, so I changed it back to the old password but it still will not connect. I tired the qrcode does not work keeps saying inccorect password.  I reset my network settings on my phone still nothing.  Every other wifi device in my home works just now my phone does not.  in the Xfinity app i can not find my device under the "Devices Not Connected" 

Quick Edit I logged into the router with 10.0.0.1  I have noticed that the 2.4GHz password is different from the 5 GHz password  so i used that password and my phone connected.   

How would I make them the same?
