Issues

I have called Xfinity for 2 days in a row due to the same issue & I finally was connected to a supervisor today which I know that she didn’t care about nothing I was saying, she sounded as if she didn’t want to be at work & i didn’t even feel like there was a sense of urgency at all even after explaining my situation to her 3 times. Someone plz help asap Xfinity is about to lose me as a customer.
