Issues with service

Same here I have been experiencing this for far too long and it is becoming super frustrating and I will be looking into other services. It’s been an issue for months now! I work remotely for the healthcare system a talking to my members/patients and calls drop is so unprofessional. I had to make my way to the office a few times to be able to actually work. This has become a weekly issue and they claim it’s fixed an shouldn’t have to worry but all lies. 

not to mention I also have their phone services and I can’t upgrade my phone they have not been giving me loyalty credits and I’ve escalated both issues and gotten no where yes submitting credits for the internet is cool but it effects my work life and social life.
