Issues with internet

@user_2ea267​  did this ever end up getting fixed? I visited xfinity today and found out I had to update my modem from the old tower one. So we did that. Upon setting it up earlier, I’ve been having nothing but issues, basically all of what you described. My laptop will randomly disconnect and reconnect within 10ish seconds. I’m very confused [Edited: "Language"] is going on 😭 I scheduled an appointment through the app for someone to come out, so I hope they can figure it out. But I figured I’d ask you and see if getting a new one fixed the issue, so I know whether or not it’s the device itself
