Issue/Post marked PRIVATE -- by whom/why, unclear. How do you switch BACK to PUBLIC?

I opened a thread the other day.

As requested

    " I am not a Comcast Employee.
      I am a Customer Expert volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
      We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation."

it was apparently, public.

It was then moved

"Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance."

where I "enjoyed" a long, UN-productive ... discussion with "Corporate Team:".

The original these' been since marked as PRIVATE -- I _assume_ no longer visible to others?  By whom, or why, is unclear.

Any idea how to change it BACK?
