Issue with XB10 modem

I recently upgraded from an XB8 to an XB10. My upload speeds are working perfectly at full Next-Gen speeds, but my download speed is hard-capped around 135 Mbps. Multiple field techs have swapped the modems and verified the physical coaxial line is completely clean, and they attempted to push a boot file to no avail. This is a documented backend rate-code provisioning conflict where the CMTS is sending an unprovisioned fallback boot file to my DOCSIS 4.0 device. I need an engineer or Tier 3 support agent to audit my billing rate codes, fully de-provision my old gateway history, and manually push the correct symmetrical X-Class boot file directly to my XB10's MAC address.

Hey there user_5sggap 👋 It's awesome to hear you were able to get hooked up with an XB10 gateway, so we definitely want to make sure it's pulling in as close to your max download speed as possible. With our technician already verifying that the lines to your home are looking good along with swapping the gateway as a whole, I tend to lean towards your thought of this being a provisioning issue, which we can for sure help correct if so 👍
