Issue with node in my area

Issue with node in my area. My internet speed slows down during peak hours tremendously the node in my area needs to be worked on I have had multiple technicians new modem/router new cable lines in my area and it has not resolved the issue. Please send out a team that is able to work on the node or at least check the node in my area because this issue has been going on for months now.
