Issue with Motorola MG8702 Cable Gateway

Can you confirm that my firmware on my Cable Gateway is up to date? I am unable to access my device and manage the devices connected to my home network.

user_4uue7a Thank you for reaching out for help with your current firmware version for your modem. The current firmware and software information should be available in the admin tool settings and info. You do need to use the Xfinity app to enable access to the admin tool. You can see how to make sure that is enabled here
