Issue with logging into web site...

I am totally disappointed with customer service with this issue.  I was talking to an agent who was assisting me.  Call got disconnected and he never called back.  I called again, spoke with another agent who knew nothing about what I was asking.  Received an survey the next day, rated my last experience as bad.  Received a call from customer service apologizing.  Was told an agent would call me at 1800 hours that day since i was at work when they called.  Still waiting for that call. Then i received an email telling me thank you for my order and good luck in my upcoming move!!!  I am totally upset with.   So i am trying this venue.

I have always been able to contact  https://www.cyclemax.com.  Now when i try, the site gets timed out.  i receive a message that says"

Hmmm… can't reach this page

cyclemax.com took too long to respond

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Talked to the company and they advised that they have not changed anything.  So when I called Comcast, i was first told that my router/modem needed an update.  He was supposed to do that but as stated, conversation ended and nothing form there.  Now if i go to another location with a different network, like work, dunkin donut, i put in www.cyclemax.com an i am immediately sent to the site.  It is not a major issue but just want to know if i can do anything.  I tried researching setting and firewalls and still no luck.  Can someone please tell me how to fix this please?  I dont seem to have any other issues at all.  Thank you.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to reach our Xfinity Community via our Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the experience over the phone. We are happy to help you here. I have a couple for questions to help me understand where we are with this issue:

1. Are you able to reach this website while connected to other WiFi networks?

2. Are you able to reach this website from other devices connected to your in-home network?

3. Are you able to reach other websites when this issue occurs?

4 Were you previously able to reach this website?

5. Have you tried checking your connection, firewall settings, and running a Windows diagnostics like the web error suggested?

Thanks in advance for these details!
