Issue with internet connection
I'm having issues with Xfinity/comcast internet connection since Monday, October 6th. I called and spoke to several agents and restarted the modem several times. After few hours the internet will come back but next day it will go off again and I have to call the agents repeat the process. They will say that nothing can be done on their end. This is going on from October 6th, 2025 thru October 10th, 2025. Finally service technician came at my home on October 10th, at 10:30 am and told me that it could be some cable issues due to construction and it will be fixed . The internet worked fine for 6 hours and around 5:00 pm it went off again. I called the agents again, and now they are saying that the technician will come on October 14th to fix the problem. I don't understand why they cannot this sooner. I'm working from home and it's affecting my work. Please help.
