ISP Blocking Error Code 202

 I cannot watch anything through my smart TV. Nothing! No Apps, No Streaming, No Free Living, Nothing! it's all blocked. I also have a samsung TV. I've reset everything. What is the issue here please?

Good morning user_p9z4ry! Thanks for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums community for help with not being able to use your samsung smart TV on the network. I'm sorry that nothing seems to be working, and it's not getting a connection. I'm sure it's difficult not being able to use your TV at all. I would love to help out and get things working again!

From @EG's link (Thanks for sending some help options @EG ) I found a few people on the samsung help site that were able to resolve the trouble with resetting the home modem, router and TV together at once and bringing them back online one at a time start with the modem, followed by the router and TV allowing each to fully make its connection before starting the next. 

Have you tried resetting the network and TV together?
