Is Xfinity.com hosted on a dial-up network?

Why is Xfinity.com super slow? Performance is like a dial-up network. Mobile app behaves the same.

@user_bed22v Thanks for reaching out, and expressing your concerns. I would suggest clearing your cache, and cookies on your device to have the best experiencing on the Xfinity website.

Thanks for the reply and info. It's not cache or cookies problem. Other websites work normally, but Xfinity website and mobile app is super slow.

When our sites and the app are loading, are you getting any timeouts? Seeing any error messages or codes of any kind? For the app specifically, does uninstalling/reinstalling help? And is this on Android or iOS? When did this issue first present itself?
