Is Tom Karinshak on vacation?
Greetings....
I wrote to Tom Karinshak via the link provided in the Customer Service Area on 6/10, received an email from Comcast confirming receipt of the contact and committing a contact back within 24 hours. That was 13 days ago. Nothing yet.
I followed up using the same Tom Karinshak link, on 6/16 advising Comcast that the 24 hour commitment had not been met on the 6/10 inquiry. Again, that same day I received an email from Comcast confirming receipt of the contact and committing a response within 24 hours. Crickets....
So I am still awaiting a response from either the 6/10, or 6/16 contacts, neither have been responded to yet.
So I now am in the process of getting Tom Karinshak's direct contact information as I'm sure he'd be interested in learning that the commitments he puts his name behind are not being delivered upon.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
