Is there a way to fix this , has anyone experienced this?
I recently upgrade and moved my router to another spot in my house. As of late I been getting packet loss that disrupting my activities and work. I upgraded my LAN cable , bought a UPS battery backup/ surge protector for it, online agent did multiple test on my router to say it working fine. I downloaded PingPlotter to track my connection and I see the 2nd IP or 2nd Hop starts to lose packet first then the disruption would carry to the destination/ final hop cause my router to inherit packet loss. Is there a way to fix this/ minimize this? I feel that ISP equipment is suffering from really bad congestion or is having possible hardware issues. I live in Delaware. Has anyone else experience burst of packet loss as well??

Sorry to hear about the trouble with the service after the modem was moved, @user_1buuzw. We'll gladly look into this for you. Have you checked the cabling? How does it look? Is it aged or damaged? Do you have any splitters on the line that can be removed or replaced?
