Is it possible to reserve an IP address with an X1?

I have a NAS device that changes IP addresses using dhcp.   Is there a way to reserve an address or set a static ip address?   Setting the IP address on the NAS device is easy but I don't see how to reserve an ip address in dhcp.

Not sure if this still applies. Give it a shot;

Log into gateway.
Go to Connected Devices > Devices
Next to your device in list select EDIT button

Under Edit Device
Configuration:
( ) DHCP
(*) Reserved IP
MAC Address:             [xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx]
Reserved IP Address: [10.0.0.x]

You have to set the Reserved IP Address value the same as the value you set on the device itself.

You may have to reboot the device for the change to go in effect.

The Reserved IP Address is the same thing as a Static IP Address

The Reserved IP Address must be in the range shown at: Gateway > Connection > Local IP Network

No, they seem to have taken that away:

Thanks though.   I just grabbed a dhcp address that wasn't being used and assigned to the device.   24 hours later, there haven't been any conflicts.

I have a device that only uses IP4.  Would setting a static IP address limit it to only IP4 on the Xfinity router?
