Is it possible to get a log from Xfinity Home of devices that are connected or paused to Xfinity Home Gateway?

Everytime my son and I are talking or playing a game on his wifi enabled smartphone while he's at his Mother's, his phone loses connection whenever my ex asks him or tells him to do something with her.  I think she is disconnecting his smartphone to prevent him from interacting with me.  Is there anyway to get a log of such activity or does the device keep a log somewhere of such activity?

Our Xfi app allows a feature that pauses and unpauses device connectivity: 

 

Instantly pausing an individual device or a profile from accessing the Internet when connected to your home network for a specific amount of time or until you unpause.
