Is IPSec passthrough enabled on the Xfinity Gateway?

My employer switched to an IPSec VPN and I can no longer connect to it. The Xfinity Assistant is useless - it is telling me to connect to 10.0.0.1 with "admin" and password "password", but that password isn't working. I am not sure whether there are any IPSec options available there to begin with.

So, is there anyway to troubleshoot this or to enable IPSec passthrough?

(For many years I have always managed my own gateways, but after our last move I decided to just use the XFinity gateway, it has actually worked very well so far, except right now)
