Is FTTH available and when will X Class be available?

Hi Xfinity Support team, I'm writing to request a serviceability check for both Gigabit Pro x10 (FTTH) and X-Class symmetrical DOCSIS 4.0 service at my address. I understand these are handled by the dedicated Gig Sales team rather than standard support, and I'd appreciate having a ticket opened on my behalf. I sent a DM to Xfinity Support with all my personal information but they said I had to make a public post first... so here it is:

Specifically, I'd like the following questions answered in writing if possible:

1. Is X-Class symmetrical service (X-1G or X-2G) currently available at my address? If yes, which tiers and what is the current monthly pricing for each?
2. If X-Class is not yet live at my address, is it on the deployment roadmap for my node, and if so what is the expected timeline?
3. For Gigabit Pro x10 at my address: is the location serviceable, and what is the estimated construction cost based on distance from the nearest fiber splice point? I'd like to know this before any contract is signed so I can evaluate whether I'd be inside or outside the standard build allowance.
4. For Gigabit Pro x10, does the 24-month contract term begin on the order/contract signing date or on the service activation date? This matters for my planning since I understand build time can run 6-9 months.
5. What is the exact early termination fee formula for Gigabit Pro x10? Is it a flat fee, prorated by remaining months, or something else?

Context for why I'm asking: I require sustained symmetrical upload performance (minimum 500 Mbps single-stream), which my current plan cannot deliver. I'm evaluating Gigabit Pro x10 against X-Class and against fiber competitors that are currently building in my area, so accurate timeline and cost information is essential to my decision. Thanks for your help. Happy to provide any additional information needed to open the ticket.  Freel free to refer to the DM I already sent to Xfinity Support.
