Is anything being done about hacking or is this just the norm??? They need to provide reimbursment for all of these crimes!!
I am so frustrated with Xfinity beyond belief. I am FINALLY able to get here to this site after months and months of trying to figure out [Edited: Language]the issue is. I have gone through modem after modem. Been chatting, calling repeatedly over and over. Went in to the store where nobody could help. Switched out my modem again and again. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I realize this has been an issue with my phones for years, now my internet, television, and security also! I thought I was one of a few but now see this has gone on for YEARS??! How could a big company like this allow this to go on??? They don't deserve ANY money from any customers until they FIX THEIR HORRIBLE SECURITY!!!!!! I got my OWN modem and a good VPN and security and FINALLY got out of it but they still are getting into my brand new tv so now I have to spend MORE money on not only the modem i purchased but a new phone AND now a tv unless a roku stick will help, I don't know.
Half of the xfinity "employees" are fraudulent also and assisting with theft and fraud! I mean, I know this is going on in the world but Xfinity could at least SAY SOMETHING and not make people go insane trying to figure out what the problem is when they must already know!! People in other countries are in all of our stuff and none of these companies that make soooo much money can even bother to fix it?? People on this site have been saying this for YEARS. YEARS later its STILL going on?? [Edited: "Soliciting"] Allowing every American citizen that decides to get Xfinity services to have all of their info stolen. Horrible!!

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I appreciate you taking the time to outline your concerns. I can assure you that we do take security seriously. If you feel your network or information was compromised, I would reach out to our Customer Security Assurance Team at 1-800-XFINITY or visit them online here: https://spa.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse. I would also be sure to update your Xfinity credentials to be safe. You stated, as of late, a third party has been able to access you cable services? Can you tell me more about what you've seen and what occurs on your end?
