Is A D-Link DIR-880L Wireless AC1900 Router Still Compatible With Comcast Internet

Comcast's Approved list only contains modems and modem/router devices. Routers like the DIR-880L that do not contain a modem or an eMTA are not listed. The device should work OK for speeds up to 1 Gigabit.
