IPv6

I checked the location of my IPv6 and it is showing coming from DuBois,PA. My IPv4 showing from Pittsburgh which is correct. The reason I am asking is because my Apple TV and Paramount+ is showing my Live TV from Altoona when it should be Pittsburgh. If I disable IPv6 in my router it will change back to Pittsburgh. I don’t want to disable IPv6. Is there a fix for this?

Now I went to my son’s house less than a mile away and his IPv6 location and is in Pittsburgh. Strange!
