Ipv6 packetloss

I have packetloss in ipv6 so if I disable ipv6 in router it uses ipv4 and it don’t have packetloss what is the problem is there an issue somewhere with Comcast with ipv6 what causes packetloss on ipv6 but I get less ping with ipv4
