IPV4 not working

Unable to access ipv4 websites. Multiple computers/macs wired and wireless.

2 Comcast Techs have been to my house and the xfinity modem/router has been changed 4x. I try to call Customer support and the AI bot doesnt let me talk to customer support. When I do it VIA the app I get someone in India and go through the same steps all the time. I have entered the cable modems settings and despite that the issue has not been resolved. Also my account does not have the option to send a direct message.

somehow spontaneuously the ipv4 connection started working. hopefully no more hiccups.
