iPhone will not connect to new xFi Gateway
Upgraded to a higher plan and the xFi gateway about a month ago. Just now realized my wife's phone wasn't connected to the wifi, tried to connect and it gave me this message. "Unable to join the network. This network is operating on Wi-Fi channels in use by several other nearby networks. Restarting your wireless router may allow it to automatically choose the best channel to use, and may resolve this problem." I tried restarting the router and the phone and nothing changed. After poking around on the internet, I didn't find much other than some people with the same issue and no response. Can somebody please help?
edit: No other device in the household struggles connecting.

Greetings, @JohnR74! We are happy to help with the iPhone connection! Have you tried to renew the WiFi lease on the device? For a lot of iPhones, you find that under Settings>WiFi>tap "i" next to the network>Renew Lease. Please let me know if you have tried that already or if that step resolves the problem. We will get to the bottom of this!
