iPhone log in

I received a text message from Xfinity telling me that an iPhone had accessed my internet. I immediately unhooked my Wi-Fi device and shut my phone down. Once the system came back up I logged into the Xfinity app and changed my password.

Now I try to find that message in my text messages it's not there I look in my email it's not there. Strangest thing ever! There's two people that live in this house neither one of us have an iPhone

Hello @user_zx5n2l Probably a good call to change the password just to be safe. If you are ever concerned you can always manage, remove, or block devices on the connected network using the steps at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-wifi-devices-my-account if you have one of our Xfinity Gateway modems.

We don't usually send you text messages for new devices connecting either so that is a little weird. But without a screenshot I'm not sure what it could be.
