iPhone 13 and iPad not backing up on new XB8 modem

Hi, just got new Xfinity service and my iPhone and iPad no longer back up when in the Wi-Fi. Message is poor quality network. XB8 router. Others have this problem. How do I try to split networks as suggested by others? I see nothing in the app that would allow this.

Hello @user_414e85, backing up your devices is so important, no matter what you need backed up, so I get why this is important to you. Can you please elaborate what you mean by "split network"? It may be related to your home networks Wi-Fi Channel, which has been made very easy to do thanks to our mighty Xfintiy app. Have you attempted any other troubleshooting steps to help with your backup issues? I want to make sure we avoid making you repeat yourself.
