IP geolocation does not match my service address

Comcast conducted maintenance in my neighborhood last week and now my external IP is listed as another city/state.  I need this resolved ASAP as it is wreaking havoc with my subscribed services that use geolocation data of your IP.

I've seen several posts regarding the same issues that are listed as resolved and closed.

In most of these there is a person submitting multiple links that you can click on to try to resolve your problem.  Most of these links look very suspicious and redirect you to unrelated sites.  Either someone is using this issue to get payouts for redirects or they are just installing malware.  Either way this needs to be resolved by an official Comcast employee and not a random individual throwing out links.
