IP Connection Timed Out
Hi,
Whenever I try to connect to a remote server, I keep getting timed out requests.
I tried restarting the remote device, my local device, my modem, the remote modem. using a different device, connecting to a different remote device, disabling firewall on both devices, all with the same results.
Using a different network (different ISP), I can connect fine.
When pinging the IP, it returns
Pinging **.***.**.*** with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for **.***.**.***:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

It would potentially appear as though something is being blocked from either your end or ours. Let's have you fill out a Service Policy Assurance form so our backend folks can look into this for you.

Your packets are reaching beyond Comcast's web space. It appears that they / your Comcast public (WAN) IP address are / is being blocked in the web host's firewall / webspace for some reason . Hop #8 appears to belong to the Verizon Business Service. You should try contacting them about this. Good luck
