Subject: Complaint Regarding Incomplete and Unprofessional Installation Service

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the installation service performed at my home yesterday.

Prior to booking, I explicitly confirmed with your representative that the installation service included installing the necessary wall outlets for internet, TV, and/or computer connections, and I was assured that it did.

However, the technician left the job incomplete:

1. No wall outlet was provided or installed for my TV/computer setup.

2. All existing wall outlet covers were removed during the service and left off.

Leaving wall plates off and failing to complete the promised outlet installation is unprofessional and fails to meet the service scope promised at ordering. I request that a technician be dispatched promptly to properly install the wall outlet and reattach all wall covers at no additional charge.
