Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_gvtlz5. I see EG offered some information and asked a question to start with. Did you check for interruptions? Was that the issue? If not, can you answer the question for us? You can also try the following steps:
Unplug the power cord from the modem/gateway for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and allow up to 10 minutes for it to fully reconnect.
If you're using a separate router, restart that as well.
Try connecting a device directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable, if available, to see if the issue is with the Wi-Fi or the internet connection itself.
Let me know the color of the modem light after the restart and whether all devices are affected, and we'll continue troubleshooting from there.

First. Check their site for official info on any possible local outages here;
https://www.xfinity.com/support/status
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage
Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps
Is / are the indicator light / lights on the modem lit steadily or are they blinking ?
